Alhamdulillah, second time did bekam last Sunday. I love the refreshing feeling immediately after and the days after. First time done was sometime in April. Alhamdulillah, my right shoulder pain which has been bothering me for years was gone. Also I have not been feeling the niggling lower back pain which comes on-off. Doing the bekam has also surprisingly helped me lose weight! I am able to lift and press heavier weights at the gym without feeling tired too quickly and the delayed-onset-muscle-soreness (DOMS) goes away faster too, allowing me to exercise more intensely and regularly; this is highly motivating =)
